Your Role:

Craft and administer a competitive benefits program.
Collaborate closely with the VP of Human Resources.
Drive initiatives reflecting our commitment to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic benefits goals and interface with executive management team.
Manage group insurance benefits and relations.
Administer plans, open enrollment, and regulatory compliance.
Work on exciting projects like Wellness Programs.

Skills Needed:

Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
3-5 years of Corporate Benefits experience for large corporation.

Perks:

Excellent compensation package including bonus
