We are currently searching for an Intermediate level cook. The individual in this role works under close supervision and follows established recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality and presentation of food.

Essential Functions:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and standards.
- Perform basic cooking tasks such as chopping, peeling, and washing vegetables, and
- preparing simple dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
- Participate in kitchen cleaning and dishwashing duties as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow and adapt recipes.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation.
