ERP Analyst
Job Description
This role will be on site full-time and offers a competitive compensation range between $100k - $130k including bonus - based on experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assess and analyze application functionality, offering strategic recommendations to enhance the use of standard features and optimize business processes.
- Provide in-depth expertise in application configuration, functionality, and support for software solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and software vendors to define solution requirements, address functionality gaps, and manage the design, implementation, and ongoing support of applications.
- Perform detailed business research and analysis to identify critical metrics and areas for enhancement.
- Establish and refine procedures to align business solutions with organizational objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business goals and key success criteria.
- Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and design details.
- Continuously evaluate and improve current business processes while identifying opportunities to implement more efficient practices.
- 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Prior experience working within manufacturing or supply chain industries strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in IT or related field.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
