Job Description

Field Service Engineer
Location: CT/NY (Danbury area preferred), also open to OH, MI, IL, IN, Western PA
Travel: Up to 70% (domestic, occasional international)

A leading CNC machine tools manufacturer is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support their growing North American market. You’ll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining fully automated CNC grinding and laser machines with robotics.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC grinding and laser machines
Provide remote diagnostics and on-site support
Train customers and maintain service reports
Travel up to 70% domestically with occasional international trips

Requirements:

Eligible to work in the USA
Trade school or BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or military certification)
CNC, robotics, and troubleshooting technician experience
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
Must be flexible, able to lift 50 lbs., and pass a drug test
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
