RN (20 Hrs.) Medication Administration Trainer
Job Description
(no patient contact)
(part-time) 20 hours per week. Trains staff on Medication Administration to ensure compliance is met through the state of Mass.
The medication administration staff support two housing locations within the Springfield area who assist medical care to residents.
All direct care staff are required to have on-going training in order to administer medications in DMH, DCF, MRC, or DDS community programs.
10-Hours a week- flexible schedule (5 days 5 hours each day/ or have 2 ten hour days) or any other combination of 20 hours a week.)
Compensation $40/hr
Requirements:
Registered Nurse in the state of MA.
4 years experience working as a Registered Nurse
Good communication, and documentation skills
Good working knowledge of EMR.
Oversee and ensure compliance
Prior Nurse Educator or trainer ideal

In 2010, Krisha's entrepreneurial spirit led her to create the Information Technology division within the organization. Her dedication and exceptional performance in this role earned her the prestigious title of Vice President. She continues to pursue her passion for recruiting top-tier talent and nurturing new client relationships. Krisha also takes an active role in training and mentoring new staff, instilling in them the best practices and the art of meaningful interviewing.
