20 to 24 hours per week. Minimum of 4 hours on working days. Flexible as to number of hours and days. Any combination so long as a minimum of 4 is worked on days working.
Looking for an individual with significant experience in accounting able to reconcile complex process of inflows and outflows between multiple systems. Individual will be assisting the Director of Finance in implementing a new record keeping system for endowment and temporarily restricted fund setup and activity. Individual will be maintaining a temporarily restricted funds Microsoft SharePoint website. Other reconciling, journal entry functions, and reporting KPI projects will be performed as needed in conjunction with the Director of Finance. Ability to analyze and recognize discrepancies in reporting is a must.
Systems used will include Infor/Lawson (Accounting system), Raiser' s Edge (Fundraising CRM system), Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel. Prefer individual with advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SharePoint. Raiser' s Edge experience would be a plus. Can train in Infor/Lawson.
Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting required.
