Clinical Research- Compliance Legal Documentation Administrative

  •   Prepares clinical  trial submission documents in a high volume, fast paced department.
  • Extracts key information for protocols,  regulatory and reviews consent forms for accuracy and eligibility requirements.
  • Process, prepares and submits changes to electronic tracking systems.
  • Communicates with research, pharmacy or laboratory  regarding changes to regulatory information that will effect human trial participants and drug studies.
  • Provide additional administrative support entering data and updates reporting information and scans regulatory documents.
  • Abstracts participant clinical research data, 
  • Support patient scheduling 
  • Maintains safety log reports
  • Reviews Medical Records regulatory to ensure compliance and protocols are met to standards.


 

Background requirements
  • Bachelor' s Degree
  • Healthcare industry Administrative background.
  • Prior Clinical Trials, clinical research, animal research or human research, highly Preferred.
  • Healthcare Paralegal experience preferred
  • Impeccable attention to detail and proof reading in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work under time sensitive, deadline driven work related environment.
  • Must have electronic medical records experience
  • Prior work experience with clinical trial tracking systems
  • Prior experience in any of the following fields: pharmacy, laboratory, research and audit of information and sensitive and timely information.
