Job Description
J. Morrissey is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant for a well established wealth management company in the New Haven County area. This position will be 25 - 30 hours per week with the possibility of eventually going full time. It will begin in a temporary role and potentially go to hire. This position does require a strong working knowledge of mathematics. You will be quizzed on your math capabilities.

Job Description
  • Prepare industry reports for advisers and perform analysis
  • Back office support by assisting financial managers with any necessary paperwork
  • Computer data entry
  • Problem solving

Job Requirements
  • A good working knowledge of mathematics: percentages, allocation and software modeling of portfolios
  • Problem solving abilities without supervision
  • Ability to learn industry specific software packages quickly
  • Minimum of three years experience in this type of role

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
