Read on! This position will start out Temporary but could lead to Permanent!
We are currently searching for a Breakfast cook. Hours are 5:00 am until 12noon during the week and 5:00 am until 1:30pm on the weekends. The individual in this role works under close supervision and follows established recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality and presentation of food.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and standards.
- Perform basic cooking tasks such as chopping, peeling, and washing vegetables, and
- Preparing Egg dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
- Participate in kitchen cleaning and dishwashing duties as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow and adapt recipes.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation.
