Job Description

Our client is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative for a growing appliance company in lower New Haven County. Responsibilities include answering inbound and outbound calls, documentation, scheduling, and maintaining a customer database. Must be able to multi-task and must possess savvy computer skills! This role contains wonderful growth opportunities and the opportunity to work with a dynamic organization! Salary expectations will be $23/hr + benefits! Spanish fluency is a plus.
