Job Description
In partnership with a growing small business, we are recruiting for an Accounting Clerk to work alongside the company's bookkeeper.
Responsibilities
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for scanning a high volume of checks to the bank, entering monetary data into the accounting system, and executing cash postings. At times, this candidate will assist the Bookkeeper with payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an accounting/clerical role
- Must have experience processing checks
- Associate's degree is preferred
- Strong basic math skills
- Data entry skills
- Must be organized
