Accounts Receivable Specialist

Cromwell, CT
In partnership with a local organization, J. Morrissey is seeing an accounting professional with expertise in Accounts Receivable to support our client's business office.
Reporting to the Controller, the AR Specialist's responsibilities will include revenue processing, account adjustments, collections, reconciliations, and supporting audits.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems (preferable QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills to support month and year end analysis, reports, and audits.
- Strong customer service skills to support resolving account/billing issues.
- Experience with collections and developing payment plans for customers when necessary.
Salary/Benefits
$50k - $52k
