Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Description
In partnership with one of our top clients, an international manufacturing/distribution company expanding their presence in the United States, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist on a full-time, direct-hire basis. Exciting opportunity to join a growing company that has built out beautiful new office space. This is a fully onsite position in Windsor.
Responsibilities
- Processing and recording customer payments
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Maintaining and updating AR records
- Contact clients regarding overdue invoices, and resolve any payment disputes or issues
- 3+ years of accounts receivable experience
- Strong understanding of AR principles and collections processes
- Experience with MS Dynamics a plus
Salary / Benefits:
- $50,000 - $55,000 (depending on experience)
- Full benefit package (insurance, PTO, 401k)
