A repulable local organization is seeking an HR Assistant to join their busy HR department. The ideal candidate will have very strong organization skills along with solid HR knowledge and a drive to learn. This opportunity offers room for growth and mobility as this organization takes pride in promoting from within.
  • Administrative tasks such as scheduling, answering phones, providing customer service to employees regarding benefits and payroll
  • Assist with onboarding – background screens, I-9 verification, badging
  • Assist in coordinating orientation
  • Filing employee records and maintaining confidentiality
  • Retain knowledge of company policies, compensation, benefits, etc.
  • Other general HR and office tasks as assigned
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1+ years of relevant administrative experience (HR support experience desired)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

 Jake is a 2021 graduate from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resources as well as a minor in Psychology.
