Job Description

Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Contract position
$16-19 hr, depending on experience

In partnership with our client, we are looking for an administrative professional with a customer first mentality to join the team on a temporary basis. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with all clients and will provide outstanding customer service to the client base.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person and over the phone
  • Provide high level customer service by answering clients' questions promptly, escalating any issues that may arise
  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls
  • Scheduling maintenance and other meetings
  • Assist in lease renewals
  • Data entry
  • Mail distribution
  • Other responsibilities as needed
  • 2+ years in a customer service position
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience in property management or real estate preferred, but not required
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Administrative skills - operating a copier, maintain the office, etc.

Jake is excited to be involved with a company that enables him to assist other people in finding their passions.

 Jake is a 2021 graduate from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resources as well as a minor in Psychology.
