Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Contract position
$16-19 hr, depending on experience
In partnership with our client, we are looking for an administrative professional with a customer first mentality to join the team on a temporary basis. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with all clients and will provide outstanding customer service to the client base.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person and over the phone
- Provide high level customer service by answering clients' questions promptly, escalating any issues that may arise
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls
- Scheduling maintenance and other meetings
- Assist in lease renewals
- Data entry
- Mail distribution
- Other responsibilities as needed
- 2+ years in a customer service position
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in property management or real estate preferred, but not required
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Administrative skills - operating a copier, maintain the office, etc.
