Administrative Assistant – Contract to Hire
Fully on-site in Hartford, CT
$25–$30/hour, based on experience

Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher level of education
  • At least three years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling highly confidential information

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties for the department and coordinate departmental needs
  • Manage complex calendars using Outlook
  • Handle multiple priorities simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Act on behalf of the manager on routine matters
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
