Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Inputting, verifying, and reconciling all patient charges daily
- Maintaining the integrity of medical records during surgical visits
- Assisting management with tasks specific to the needs of the Materials Management and Scheduling departments
- Supporting administrative responsibilities, including:
- Preparing reports and statistics
- Handling correspondence
- Coordinating meetings
- Coordinating the Vendor Credentialing system for Surgical Services
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Strong computer skills and excellent organizational abilities
- Experience with stocking, materials management, or PeopleSoft preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in materials management
- 1 year of experience with a computerized materials management system
