- Answer and route phone calls
- Entering employee hours and approving employee time cards (Kronos)
- Open and sort mail by carrier and document types
- Schedule appointments for department
- Assist with office management activities such as: electronic and paper filing maintenance, ordering office supplies
- Other responsibilities as needed
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Mail sorting experience
- Experience using MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe
- COVID Vaccine Required
