Administrative Support Specialist
Pay: $20–$21/hr
Location: Glastonbury, CT
Type: Temp-to-Hire
This role is ideal for a customer service oriented administrative professional who isn’t afraid to handle tough conversations. Job will start off by catching up on a backlog of out of date files and making outbound calls to update information before moving into a more administrative position. In-depth training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to verify information listed in files
- Update and maintain accurate file records in the system
- Document detailed notes for each call in the computer system
- Handle challenging phone interactions with professionalism and resilience
- Assist with general clerical tasks to support office operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years in phone based customer service work
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional phone presence
