Job Description

The Director oversees a community-based adult mental health and substance abuse outpatient treatment program with goals to assist with living and independent lifestyle
Psychiatric evaluation and assessments
Individual, family, and group therapy
Individualized treatment planning
Crisis support, short and long term therapy
24/7 crisis prevention, intervention, and emergency services
Medication management services /Addiction Treatment-Opiod and substance abuse intervention
On site and online counseling
Program referrals

Program Responsibilities: Oversee multiple programs within the outpatient adult program. Oversee the risk management, staff supervision, and program development
Management: monitors performance of staff, recruitment selection. Conducts performance evaluations in collaboration with program managers and HR.
Operational Responsibilities:

Ensures programs operate within budget. Actively participates in agency- wide quality initiatives. Participates actively in strategic planning processes and program development.

General Responsibilities:

Maintains documentation in compliance with agency, program, licensing, accreditation.
Facilitates and participates in team meetings, case conferences, supervision, training, complex incident reviews

Experience and Requirements:
Education: MSW -Master’s in Social Work
Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience, with the adult population either in residential treatment or outpatient treatment programs.
Must have Minimum 5 years leadership/supervison or management experience
Experience with crisis, mental health, substance abuse, addiction, dual diagnosis, medical, assessments, care planning, EMR documentation, regulatory compliance with DSS, Medicaid compliance and substance abuse, emotional disorders, co-occurring disorders, and trauma-related illnesses.

Licensure: CT. clinician licensure (LCSW, or LMFT, or LPC,). With no restrictions
independent practitioner license.

Hours M-F 8-5 on-site
Salary(depending on experience) $95-128K
Medical Benefits,Tuition reimbursement, Matching retirement 403B Program, PTO and holidays.
