Job Description

Analyst – Supply Chain
  • $19-22/ hr, depending on experience
  • Contract – about 5 months, can be extended based on performance and needs
  • Fully on-site in Hartford, CT
  • COVID vaccine required
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain data and identify areas for improvement
- Clean up master files and compare data with current active supplier lists
- Assist in a data crosswalk we are currently undergoing by collecting necessary information from suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements when necessary
- Participate in the creation of supplier scorecards to evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, OR 3+ years of experience in an Analyst position
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills – particularly v-lookups and data reviews
- Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related field is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management principles is preferred
