Required

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state or compact)

3–5 years pediatric inpatient or acute care experience

2+ years in a leadership role (Charge Nurse, Lead RN, Supervisor)

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
-
BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification
-
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
-
Instructor preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months
-

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Master’s degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, or related field)

Pediatric Nurse Certification or specialty certification
-
Experience with quality improvement or staff development
About the Role
As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) – Pediatrics, you’ll support leadership and daily operations for a pediatric inpatient unit. Partner with the Nurse Manager to mentor staff, oversee workflows, and ensure high-quality, family-centered pediatric care across multiple shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily unit operations including staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and orientation

Coach and mentor pediatric nursing staff to promote clinical excellence

Reinforce evidence-based pediatric nursing practices and quality initiatives

Serve as a clinical and leadership resource across multiple shifts
