Business Development / Outside Sales - Architectural Stone & Hardscape

Location: Confidential (Westchester, NY | CT | Hamptons | NJ Territory) | Full-Time About the Role:
We’re seeking a proven architectural stone / masonry sales professional to step into a high-impact field role managing premium residential and commercial projects across the Northeast.
This is a confidential opportunity with a well-established company known for its strong investment in training, culture, and long-term employee development.
This role is ideal for a self-driven hunter who builds a pipeline from the ground up, thrives in field-based sales, and knows how to win business with contractors, builders, and industry professionals.
Projects include high-end residential builds, luxury outdoor spaces, and large-scale commercial developments.

- Conduct on-site visits, job walks, and client meetings
- Perform measurements and blueprint takeoffs as needed
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and close new business
- Manage accounts through order coordination and delivery follow-up
- Represent the company across your territory in a client-facing, field-based role
- Stone, masonry, hardscape, or fabrication experience (required)
- Minimum 2+ years of outside sales experience
- Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to generate new business
- Comfortable working on the road full-time across assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily
- Experience in architectural stone, hardscape, or building materials sales
- Background working with high-end residential and/or commercial clients
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and takeoffs
This is a field-based, high-impact sales role covering Westchester, CT, the Hamptons, and NJ, focused on architectural stone and hardscape projects.
Candidates should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment focused on territory ownership and new business development.
