Business Development Manager

Are you a dynamic and driven individual looking to spearhead business growth? Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join innovative start-up in the pre-revenue phase, with beta test products poised for market entry. They are seeking a hunter to join their dynamic team. In this role you will embrace the opportunity to be at the forefront of exponential growth in the HVAC air filtration industry, addressing critical safety needs in manufacturing and medical equipment. You'll thrive in this role by acquiring new clients and driving market expansion forward. Due to the level of technical functionalities of this product line an understanding of HVAC engineering, optical engineering, or related fields is essential, empowering you to eloquently communicate our product's value proposition to potential clients. Tremendous opportunity to begin at start-up and see the successful growth of this much needed product.

Requirements:
- Medical or similar experience required
- 4-5 years of sales experience
- MBA a plus
- Ability to travel both domestic and internationally as needed
- Entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic

Compensation - Base salary, commission structure, and total comp will be assessed based on experience.
