A multimillion privately owned tradesman business servicing CT., MA, and upstate NY is seeking a CEO / Chief of Sales
Key Details:
 **Position:** CEO/Chief of Sales
 **Location:** CT/MA/Albany, NY
 **Employer Size:** 50 employees
 **Compensation:** Approximately $180,000 plus profit sharing and car

**Requirements:** Proficiency Executive Leadership, Marketing and sales performance, P&L,KPIs, CRM, ERP, Salesforce, strategic planning, team motivation, business markets, business capital management and trends, entrepreneurial mind set.
Seasoned professional with greater than 15 years experience.

The CEO/Chief of Sales will utilize business-driven models and strategies to align existing capabilities and to improve incentives to the organization’s investment strategy.

Identifying initiatives to support achieving desired outcomes of the strategic objectives.

 

Responsible for the overall strategic direction, profitability, and operational efficiency of the business, with a focus on driving profitable growth within the home improvement market by setting long-term goals, managing key relationships with clients while ensuring high-quality service delivery across all projects.

 

Work with sophisticated CRMs to help businesses improve, customer service, increase sales, and retain customers.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across executive teams to achieve corporate objectives. 

 

Strategic Planning:

Developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy to expand market share, identify new revenue streams, and adapt to industry trends within the home improvement sector.

Financial Management:

Overseeing the company's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, profit analysis, and ensuring financial stability.

Explore new market opportunities, and drive business growth through strategic acquisitions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

President, Business Owner, CEO or Chief of Sales

Bachelor Degree

Minimum 15 Years experience demonstrated success in leading a profitable organization using business systems strategy and methods.

Deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, quality control, quality assurance, production efficiency and operational organization.
  • Must have Implemented a transformation improvement methodology.
  • Proven CRM, management software tools, and implementation
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts.
  • Effective Marketing and sales, automate marketing and sales processes
  • Direct to consumer Marketing preferred
  • project management methodologies, with industry experience from any of the following; home improvement, manufacturing, building, construction, logistics, building materials, household services, or similar industries preferred
  • Proven experience with value-added lines of growth and expansion.
  • Effective at developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
  • Preferred applicants are executives with strong revenue generation interested in running a growing, profitable local home renovation business and aspiring to double the operational and financial performance.
