A multimillion privately owned tradesman business servicing CT., MA, and upstate NY is seeking a Chief of Sales and CEO.
**Location:** Western, MA (On-site)
**Employer Size:** 50 employees

The established leadership team, is driven, seasoned, and determined to continue to develop and expand new geographical territories in New England.
A Chief of Sales-implements Sales Methodologies that have proven to increase revenue and profits.
Drive the company's mission and promotes the vision, sets goals, and ensure alignment across all departments to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Leadership:
Setting the overall strategic direction for the company, including growth plans, market positioning, and competitive strategies. - Operational Oversight:
Ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all business operations, including production, supply chain, and logistics. - Financial Management:
Overseeing the company's financial performance, ensuring profitability, and managing investments. - Customer-Centricity:
Focusing on delivering excellent customer experiences and building strong customer relationships.
Work with sophisticated CRMs to help businesses improve, customer service, increase sales, and retain customers.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across executive teams to achieve corporate objectives.
Strategic Planning:
Align existing business strategy to expand market share, identify new revenue streams, and adapt to industry trends within the home improvement sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
Minimum 10 Years experience demonstrated success in leading a profitable organization using business systems strategy and methods.
Deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, quality control, quality assurance, production efficiency and operational organization. (P&L), Data Analysis and metrics driven experience.
- Must have Implemented a process improvement methodology.
- Proven CRM, management software tools, and implementation
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts.
- Effective Marketing and sales, automate marketing and sales processes
- A Business to Consumer industry background preferred
- Proven experience with value-added lines of growth and expansion.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Preferred applicants are executives with strong revenue generation interested in running a growing, profitable local home renovation business and aspiring to double the operational and financial performance.
- Has implemented Sales Methodologies and strategies.
- ($20 M/Revenue) No debt-Building owned and occupied -capacity for expansion. Strong leadership team.

**Compensation:** Approximately $180,000 base and car-Total compensation package to $280K-300K
**Requirements:** Proficiency Executive Leadership, Marketing and sales performance, P&L,KPIs, CRM, ERP, Salesforce, strategic planning, team motivation, business markets, business capital management and trends, entrepreneurial mind set.
Seasoned professional with greater than 15 years experience.
