Clinical Lab Supervisor
Job Description
Location: Confidential (Connecticut) | Full-Time | Day Shift
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field OR ASCP certification
- 3+ years of progressive clinical laboratory experience
- Experience in blood bank / transfusion services
- Knowledge of CAP, CLIA, and regulatory standards
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated supervisory ability or readiness to lead
Preferred:
- AABB certification
- Experience with sickle cell patients
- Coordination with Red Cross or similar organizations
- Experience with Epic Beaker, SoftBank, Kronos, LightningBolt
- X-ray irradiator experience
About the Role:
Lead a high-performing blood bank team in a hands-on supervisory role. Ensure accurate testing, regulatory compliance, and team development in a patient-focused environment.
