Job Description
Hours Mon, Tues, Wed 8am – 4:30pm
Creates reports related to Neuro patient population.Aquired Brain Injury, Parkinson disease, alzeihmer, Autism.
Collaborates with the Finance to develop and maintain budgets.
Research budgets and negotiating contracts
Send invoices and allocating funds per each trial.
Keeps track of all the financial aspect of research.
Other administrative duties include scheduling meetings and create statistical reports of current findings in the data.
Maintains instructions for students and staff on how to use remote access and various other sites for certifications such as Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI).
Responsible for the operations of the trial including timely billing,Insurance payment activity.
Ensure documentation is in within compliance to all terms of the grants and contracts; including budgets and justifications, and grant renewals,
Requirements:
- Min. Associates Degree/Bachelor preferred
- 1-2 years Clinical research experience with fiscal and budget responsibilities including Sponsor Negotiation.
- Certifications Preferred GCP - Good Clinical Practice or simiilar
- Access software skills highly prefered
Located in-office Central CT. area
