Compensation Analyst

Our client is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their flexible eager team! Run the show on benchmarking salary and compensation for this large Consumer Products Manufacturing company. Create extensive reports, analyze data, proactively researching and immerse yourself into manufacturing compensation.

Ideal candidate will possess:

3-4 years of compensation for Manufacturing company
Possess strong systems experience including advanced Excel
Have a clear understanding of analysis and compensation structures

Compensation up to $115k plus bonus with outstanding benefits. Wonderful culture at sought at firm in Fairfield County.
