Construction Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Exciting opportunity to join a unique, growing organization to support general operations. This diverse role will work closely with office staff as well as the partners. We are looking for an experienced administrative professional who can handle a fast paced environment and a multitude of tasks and projects. This is a fully on-site role in the Windsor area and offers a strong compensation and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Document gathering and uploading for refinancing and brokered loan
- Coordinating access to properties with real estate agents and inspector
- Post-closing follow-ups
- Reviewing borrower's budget and photos of projects throughout construction
- Responsible for all loans in the modification process
- Assist with the loan closing process
- ·Maintain reporting
- Assist with scheduling and processing construction drawings
- Generate payoff statements
- Assist Business Manager with general bookkeeping tasks
Experienced Needed
Bachelors degree preferred
Ideally 5+ years of operations / administrative experience, in the construction industry
Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Outstanding attention to detail
Tech savvy
Compensation
$70k - $75k (DOE) plus discretionary EOY bonus
