Job Description: We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Connecticut Civil Engineering Construction Inspector to play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects in Connecticut, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to contract specifications.
- Produce detailed daily inspection reports, summarizing contractor staffing, work activities, and production levels to facilitate seamless payment processing.
- Review and maintain accurate T&M records as required.
- Utilize expertise to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
- NICET II-IV certification, Professional Engineering License, CCM/CMIT Certification preferred.
- Strong time management and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- NETTCP - Paving Inspector Preferred
- NETTCP - Concrete Inspector Preferred
