Controller / Full-Charge Bookkeeper
In partnership with our leading client, J. Morrissey is actively in the search of a Controller / Full-Charge Bookkeeper! This person will continue to lead accounting/finance function for an extremely reputable, growing construction firm. As a partner to the owners, the Controller will be a key member of the leadership team, ensuring all aspects of financial management are maintained at the highest level. This position requires working on-site full-time, no hybrid or remote capabilities.
Highlights of Responsibilities (Detailed description to follow)
- General Accounting and Financial Reporting for multiple entities
- Cash Flow Management
- Oversight of AP and AR
- Insurance
- Vehicle Management
- Payroll Management
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- Construction industry knowledge highly preferred
- QuickBooks experience required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred
- Highly organized and process driven
- Supervisory experience preferred (small team)
- Experience working with companies that are multi-entity preferred
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel required
Compensation Package
Salary - $95,000 - $125,000 (DOE)
