Credit Analyst
Pay Rate: $30-32/hr, depending on experience
Location: Hartford, CT
Job Type: 3 month contract, potential for extension
Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to address invoice exceptions, analyze root causes, and implement resolutions. The role involves managing ERP systems, training users, and driving process improvements to ensure timely payments and accurate data.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve invoice discrepancies related to pricing, units, and receiving.
- Analyze and reconcile POs, invoices, and receipts.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process enhancements.
- Generate reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Train users to minimize exceptions and improve system usage.
- Process supplier credit memos and escalate critical issues.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting.
- 3-5 years of ERP experience, including PeopleSoft and OnBase.
- 7+ years in Finance/Accounting, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
