Customer Account Manager

Wonderful opportunity for someone to enter back into the workforce in a part time capacity. Our client a CPG company has a wonderful opportunity for a Customer Account Associate. Exciting duties include:

Manage customer relations with a strong focus on customer excellence.
Process Order fulfillment and order management ensuring that all custom orders receive top attention
Liasson with a variety of other managers to manage pipeline of client orders including packaging - delivery - and payment
Attend special events, interface with clients face to face - be out in the community sharing this wonderful client's products
Passionate - enthusiastic - customer focused

Ideal candidate can start in a part time capacity or work full time spending some time upselling their line of diverse products.
Compensation $23-25 an hour for part time/$48k-$52k for full time
