Duties: Responsible for performing daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, running reports, indexing and imaging. This position requires the ability to mulit-task in a fast paced environment. Primary customers are underwriters, case managers and new business coordinators. This position includes a multitude of business deliverables that have direct impact on the Life New Business cycle time.
Researching, auditing requests, processing work and/ or retrieving data or correspondences from files as requested within an appropriate time frame
Extreme attention to details
customer service skills
data entry experience
billing and contract experience
Must be outgoing and Tenacious- handle a large amount of work in a short time and want to continue to learn additional functions to the position, willing to grow
Ability to be a self starter to take on the next step of a process without being directed
