As a Customer Service Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team responsible for supporting their mission to provide excellent and be a leading innovator in health and wellness.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor the customer service team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Oversee all customer interactions — ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and satisfaction.

Manage order processing, pricing, inventory coordination, and vendor communications.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and sound judgment.

Maintain accurate reports, records, and pricing spreadsheets.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:

Proven experience in customer service leadership or management with 8-10 year of experience in customer service management.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
