We are partnering with a highly respected and growing company in the distribution wellness industry to identify a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of customer interaction, order coordination, and internal operations, supporting both clients and the sales team to ensure exceptional service and flawless execution.
You will work closely with leadership and play a critical role in maintaining the high-touch client experience that has fueled the company’s reputation and growth for over three decades.
What You'll Do
This position sits at the intersection of customer service, sales support, and operations, ensuring that clients receive timely information, accurate pricing, and seamless order processing.
Key responsibilities include:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Provide information regarding ingredients, product availability, pricing, and samples
• Support the sales team with quotes, order processing, and sourcing requests
• Review and track inventory levels and product availability
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain customer pricing and vendor pricing records
• Track customer interactions, inquiries, and order details within internal systems
• Resolve customer questions and service issues with professionalism and urgency
• Support day-to-day office operations and assist cross-functionally when needed

Compensation up to $75k with great growth potential and culturally aligned team. This position is fully on-site and ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of CSR Experience.
