Job Description
Desktop Support Engineer II
Become a Desktop Support Engineer for a global leader in industrial technologies, engineered products, and innovative solutions for over 100 years.

- Implement and take lead in a PC replacement project on location (manufacturing environment)
- Manage request through the Corporate Helpdesk ticketing system
- Take part in projects such as data center/ network improvements and OS upgrades
- Administer Active Directory, creating accounts and permissions for e-mail accounts on PC’s, Laptops, Mobile devices
- Assist with Network and Server and VMWare related issues/administration
- Maintain and support end user workstation throughout the organization
- Assist end users with Office365 and Multi-Factor Authentication Applications
- Participate in large scale projects to help improve IT security standards and help project and plan for future IT needs within the organization
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of IT Technical Support experience
- Ability to communicate issues/resolutions in a user-friendly language
- Past experience with O365 and MFA applications
- VMware experience desired
- Effective oral and written communication skills are highly desired
- Ability to be self-motivated and directed, while working collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous roles in customer facing support required
Full time, Direct Hire position
Compensation: 70-80K + Benefits (Bonus Eligible)
