Overview
Our client, a renowned electronics manufacturer recognized for delivering high-quality and complex manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead their Manufacturing Division. Responsibilities

Oversee product manufacturing to meet production, performance, and quality standards.
Review production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery objectives are met.
Collaborate with environmental, health, and safety staff to maintain a healthy and compliant working environment.
Assist the executive team with long-term goals, expansion initiatives, and technology implementation.
Identify and provide training opportunities to enhance staff skills.
Organize management structures and teams for optimal operational efficiency.
Work with the financial team to develop operating budgets.
Deliver progress and production reports to executives as needed.
Oversee equipment purchase, maintenance, and layout.
Oversee and participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of manufacturing employees.

Required Skills/Abilities

Exceptional organizational and managerial abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing division policies and practices.
Ability to set and communicate long-term goals effectively.
Skilled at motivating and organizing teams to achieve objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master’s degree preferred.
At least 10 years of industrial management experience required.
