Director of Physical Therapy (PT/DPT) – Outpatient Clinic – Gainesville, FL
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Director of Physical Therapy (PT/DPT) to lead our outpatient rehabilitation team in Gainesville, FL. This full-time leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and continue providing hands-on patient care in a supportive, therapist-led environment.
Position Highlights

Leadership role with oversight of outpatient rehab services

Full-time schedule, no weekends required

Manage diverse caseloads: orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports rehab

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes

Opportunity to grow specialty programs (pelvic health, lymphedema, dry needling, sports performance)

Qualifications

Current Florida Physical Therapy License (PT/DPT)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Leadership, supervisory, or program development experience preferred
