Job Description

Director of Sales - B2C

We are urgently in search of a dedicated and passionate Director of Sales (Business-to-Consumer) to lead inside and outside retail sales for our client a large logistics organization.
Your territory would be in the tri-state area and your immediate focus would be driving, mentoring, training, and developing their inside and outside sales units. This opportunity offers a family friendly culture with a large company strategic vision. Strong Compensation – $140k to $160k and bonus plus top benefits.
Background in logistics, shipping, retail door to door sales, or comparable industry. Great growth!

Business-to-Consumer experience is a must
5+ years of strong sales, business development, and management
Willingness to travel through tri-state area
Hunter mentality with drive and ambition
Process oriented thinker with strong systems experience
Be located in the CT/NY area
