Job Description

EMT's needed Immediately! TEMP TO HIRE!

J. Morrissey is recruiting for Temporary and Temporary to Hire EMT's for our Medical Assistant roles of all years of experience! Roles are clinical and often include a combination of clerical aspects.

Clinical Duties:

Rooming patients
Collecting patient history
Perform vitals and or/ EKG's
Assist physician/ nursing staff

Administrative

Check in / out
Schedule / confirm appointments
Answer phones

We have several openings across the state (Greater Hartford/ Fairfield County as well as Eastern region) in outpatient/ ambulatory physician practices. The roles vary between primary care, specialty offices and clinics including urgent care settings.

Pay rate range: $20 - $24/hr

Hours: Monday through Friday typically within the 8:00am to 5:00pm range.

Abby primarily focuses on on-boarding candidates who have been hired for Temporary and Temporary to Hire assignments and placements within Healthcare positions, both Clinical and Non-Clinical, within the Provider and Payer Communities as well as Profit and Non-Profit environments.

Prior to joining J. Morrissey, Abby worked at a Multi- Site Orthopedic Physician Practice, where she developed skills in customer service and administrative duties. She is extremely excited to be joining our group where she can connect with people, continue to learn and grow, and further her Healthcare Administrative experience.

In Abby's spare time, she is the Head of the J. Morrissey fun Committee.
