Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse – Nights/Evenings | Rotating Weekends | $15K Sign-On | Ocala, FL
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated ER Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced acute care team in Ocala, Florida. This role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus, flexible shifts, and an opportunity to advance your career in emergency nursing, acute care, and critical care.
What You Will Do:

Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages in the emergency department

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans with expected outcomes

Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing needs and delivering high-quality emergency care

Provide follow-up care instructions and make referrals as needed
-
Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and hospital departments while maintaining patient safety and quality care
-
Deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced acute care environment
Qualifications:
-
1+ year recent acute care ER RN experience (within the last year)

Active Florida RN license (or multistate/compact license with ability to obtain Florida license before start)

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma

BLS certification required prior to employment

Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of start

ACLS or ACLS Instructor certification within 90 days of start
-
PALS or PALS Instructor certification within 90 days of start

Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and emergency care skills
