ERP Administrator - Hybrid Central CT
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator for a Connecticut-based manufacturing company. In this role you will be the lead ERP Admin supporting multiple US based locations tasked with managing and optimizing the NetSuite environment.
Flexible hybrid schedule, office located in the Cromwell, CT area.
Salary range 80 – 120K + Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize NetSuite to align with business requirements, including custom reports, saved searches, workflows, and user roles
- Gather requirements for new integrations and customizations in collaboration with users and various department heads
- Manage NetSuite integrations with third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data
- Ensure system integrity by handling NetSuite updates, patches, and system optimization
- Manage user roles, permissions, dashboards, and reports, while ensuring familiarity with subsidiary-specific customizations for effective end-user training
- Support project implementation tasks, including user acceptance testing, end-user training, data imports and cleaning, process documentation and improvements, KPIs, dashboards, and custom forms
- Develop and execute UAT, track issues, and implement fixes. Review NetSuite releases and updates in the sandbox to identify potential bugs
- Minimum 3 years of NetSuite ERP/CRM experience, including system administration, configuration, and customization
- NetSuite certification desired
- Proven experience with full-cycle ERP implementation, particularly in manufacturing environments
- Experience with NetSuite integrations and customizations to improve user functionality
- Skilled in managing user roles, permissions, custom objects, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
- Proficient in SuiteBundler, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, functions), PowerPoint, and Visio
- Prior experience working within a Help Desk or Systems administration role preferred
