Executive Admin - Medical Practice

Located in Hartford 

Depending on your situation, this role can either be Direct Hire or a Temporary to Hire role. (Temporary to Hire Role meaning after a trial period you have the potential to be converted to a regular employee) 

Hourly Pay while a Temporary Associate is: $30.00 to $33.00!

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.  Must be willing to start on Thursdays at 6:30am.

Our client is seeking an Experienced Medical Executive Admin to be the exclusive support professional dedicated to a 2 Physicians. This role is an on-site location and will also be the liaison to the corporate location.  There is no travel in this role. 

Sample of Duties:
  • Manage the meeting Calendars for the office. 
  • Set up in-person meetings as well as video calls for the staff. 
  • Manage the front of the office by answers calls, greeting visitors and on site employees.
  • Create Rounding schedule. 
  • Order and maintain supplies 
  • Respond, on behalf of the office, to all voice mails 

Required: 
  • Experience as a Medical Admin or Executive Medical Admin in a hospital setting
  • Lead or Supervisory experience 
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) 
  • Excellent Organizational Skills 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
