Located in New Britain, CT
This a Temporary to Hire Role meaning after a trial period you have the potential to be converted to a regular employee of our client.
Hourly Pay while a Temporary Associate is: $30.00 to $33.00!
The schedule is Monday through Friday. General office hours.
Our client is seeking an Experienced Medical Executive Admin to be the exclusive support professional dedicated to a 2 Physicians. This role is an on-site location and will also be the liaison to the corporate location. There is no travel in this role.
Sample of Duties:
- Manage the meeting Calendars for the office.
- Set up in-person meetings as well as video calls for the staff.
- Manage the front of the office by answers calls, greeting visitors and on site employees.
- Create Rounding schedule.
- Order and maintain supplies
- Respond, on behalf of the office, to all voice mails
Required:
- Experience as a Medical Admin or Executive Medical Admin in any type of healthcare environment
- Lead or Supervisory experience
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
