Financial System/ERP Analyst
Join a hybrid - Accounting/Systems Programming team with a great healthcare organization here in Central CT. This position will start off as a contract and transition into a permanent role. If you have experience with finance and ERP systems this is a great role for you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the SME for the Peoplesoft and Concur systems for the organization
- Assist with month-end close processes
- Implement any system upgrades or enhancements due to the expansion of Business Units
- Run reports and create queries within the application for the financial end users
- Maintain the proper publication of master data, financial policies, and work instruction pertaining to PeopleSoft and make changes when necessary
- Collaborate with IT and Business Project Managers on data related projects at any level in the organization
- Respond to technical issues related to PeopleSoft and Concur regularly and acts as a SME on solution delivery
- Coordinate and lead new business unit integrations onto the Peoplesoft and Concur platform
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with both the finance and information technology department to streamline operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or Information Technology preferred but not necessary)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with an ERP systems
- Prior experience configuring and administering Concur, Oracle PeopleSoft, Service Now
- Prior experience with Smartsheet's, MS365; SQL and VBA programing language
- Must be an advanced user in Excel
- Communicate effectively and act as the liaison between IT and Finance end users to facilitating all aspects of data governance
- Must be a team player and willing to be flexible with on-going learning of the system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent time management organizational skills required
Contract to Hire role - $45- $60/hour
The role will start off on site in the Farmington, CT area and move into a remote set up.
