Foster Care Program Supervisor
Job Description
- Provide supervision to assigned Case Managers. Coordinate all services to meet the on-going and emergent needs of assigned clients through the assigned Case Managers. Responsible for staff training and orientation.
- Monitor record keeping of Case Managers in compliance with EEC and other State Agency regulations such as; individual treatment plans, all intake documents, monthly reports, etc.
- Monitor weekly census reports to ensure contract utilization and billing accuracy.
- Meet as needed with the Director of Foster Care Services to discuss relevant clinical issues of assigned cases.
- Facilitate weekly Case Management Team meetings.
- Provide effective Foster Parent training.
- Attend weekly Foster Care (FC) Leadership Team meetings.
- Develop, in conjunction with, and as a member of, the FC Leadership Team, policies and procedures.
- Develop, in conjunction with FC Leadership Team, reporting and data collection systems.
- Provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis, as part of the emergency on-call system.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and licenses, including but not limited to CPR, First Aid.
- Attend DCF area office quarterly reviews.
