Global Revenue Manager - $120-150k, depending on experience
Hartford County, CT (fully on-site to start with potential hybrid in the future)

In partnership with our client, J. Morrissey is recruiting for a Global Revenue Manager to oversee the entire revenue cycle. The Global Revenue Manager will be responsible for the oversight of billings, accounts receivables, collections, cash application, and customer credit management. Reporting to the CFO, this role will manage Accounts Receivable staff.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of 10+ staff, ensuring performance goals and department KPIs are met.
  • Develop and implement best practices, processes, and procedures for revenue cycle management.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to resolve past-due receivables.
  • Provide weekly collections forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
  • Resolve complex billing and accounts receivable issues in a timely manner.
  • Create and present detailed reports on revenue and receivables.
  • Establish clear objectives for staff, driving accountability and output.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of accounting/finance experience
  • Must have experience supervising a team.
  • Experience in team leadership and process improvement.
  • Strong negotiation skills are a plus.
