Employee Relations Consultant
$36-50/ hr, depending on experience

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant specializing in Employee Labor Relations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree, with preference given to those holding a PHR and/or HR Management degree, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, coupled with superior time management skills, is crucial for success in this role.

  • Provide expert advice on employee labor relations matters, acting as a liaison between the employer and colleagues.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and facilitate conflict resolution processes.
  • Coach and mentor leaders on effective communication and employee engagement.
  • Design and implement programs to foster a positive employee relations culture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to address workplace concerns and ensure resolution.
  • Maintain legal compliance through a solid understanding of labor laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor's Degree; PHR and/or HR Management degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of Employee Labor Relations experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, analytical thinking, and strong communication abilities.
  • COVID vaccine required
